The chashaku, or “tea scoop” is the traditional utensil for measuring a serving of matcha. Made from bamboo, the chashaku is used to delicately place your matcha into the chawan, or “matcha bowl." This one was specifically made for latte use (each scoop should pull approximately 4 g, or a teaspoon).
